Product Description
Integrated Water Purification System Reverse Osmosis Water Filtration 8 – 12 M/H
Product Overview
The Integrated Water Filtration System is a compact and modular water purification unit that combines coagulation, sedimentation, filtration, and disinfection into one integrated structure. It is designed for automatic, efficient, and continuous purification of surface water, groundwater, and industrial process water. The system adopts a prefabricated and skid-mounted design, minimizing installation time and ensuring stable water quality. It is widely used in municipal water supply, rural drinking water projects, industrial water treatment, and emergency water purification.
Working Principle
Raw water first passes through a coagulation and flocculation chamber, where a chemical coagulant (such as PAC or alum) is dosed to aggregate fine particles. The water then enters a sedimentation zone, where heavier flocs settle at the bottom. The clarified water flows upward into the filtration section, where multi-layer filter media (such as quartz sand and anthracite) remove remaining impurities. Finally, disinfectant is added to the disinfection chamber to ensure safe and clean water output. All operations--including raw water inflow, backwashing, and chemical dosing--are controlled automatically by a PLC-based control system.
Main Components
  • Raw Water Inlet and Dosing System -- Includes dosing pumps and chemical tanks for coagulant and disinfectant
  • Coagulation & Flocculation Tank -- Promotes particle aggregation for easier sedimentation
  • Sedimentation Zone -- Equipped with inclined plates or tube settlers for efficient solid-liquid separation
  • Filtration Tank -- Multi-layer filter media for fine particle removal
  • Backwash System -- Automatic or manual backwash using treated water or air-water combination
  • Disinfection Unit -- Chlorination or UV sterilization system for final treatment
  • Control Cabinet -- PLC + HMI touchscreen for automatic operation and real-time monitoring
  • Outlet & Drain System -- Corrosion-resistant stainless steel or PVC piping

  • 8m – 60m Center Drive Sludge Scraper Vertical Shaft Clarifier Scraper

8m – 60m Center Drive Sludge Scraper Vertical Shaft Clarifier Scraper Vertical Shaft Center-Drive Sludge Scraper Product Overview The Vertical Shaft Central Drive Sludge Scraper is designed for large circular clarifiers and thickeners, providing efficient sludge collection and discharge. A vertical rack structure supports the central drive unit, which transmits torque through a vertical shaft to the scraper arms. It ensures smooth operation, uniform torque distribution, and

  • Center Drive Sludge Scraper 0.2 – 2.0 M/Min Rotating Sludge Scraper

Center Drive Sludge Scraper 0.2 – 2.0 M/Min Rotating Sludge Scraper Product Overview The Central Drive Sludge Scraper is designed for circular sedimentation and thickening tanks to collect and discharge settled sludge from the tank bottom. Driven by a central gearbox, the scraper arms rotate slowly, pushing sludge toward the central hopper for discharge, while optional skimmers remove surface scum. It features simple structure, reliable operation, and easy maintenance, making

50 – 5000 M3/H Circular Sedimentation Tank Wastewater Treatment Final Settling Tank Product Overview The Sedimentation Tank is a crucial unit in water and wastewater treatment systems. It removes suspended solids from raw water through gravity settling, allowing heavier particles to accumulate at the bottom while clarified water flows out from the top. This process effectively reduces the load on downstream filtration and biological treatment units, ensuring stable and
