Product Overview
The Ceramic Membrane Filtration System is an advanced solid-liquid separation technology that utilizes inorganic ceramic membranes as the filtration medium. It achieves efficient removal of suspended solids, colloids, microorganisms, and macromolecular organic matter through precise microfiltration (MF) or ultrafiltration (UF) processes.
The system is designed for high stability, chemical resistance, and long service life, making it ideal for water purification, wastewater recycling, food processing, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries. Compared with traditional polymeric membranes, ceramic membranes offer higher flux, better temperature and chemical tolerance, and easier cleaning.
Working Principle
Raw water enters the membrane module under pressure and passes through porous ceramic membranes with pore sizes typically ranging from 5 nm to 1 μm. Impurities such as suspended solids, bacteria, and colloids are retained on the membrane surface, while clean permeate passes through as filtrate.
The filtration process is usually operated in cross-flow mode, which minimizes fouling and extends membrane life. When the transmembrane pressure or flow drops, an automatic backwash or chemical cleaning cycle (CIP) is initiated to restore performance.
Main Components
  • Ceramic Membrane Modules - Multi-channel ceramic tubes made of α-Al₂O₃, ZrO₂, or TiO₂; pore sizes from 0.01-1 μm
  • Feed Pump - Provides stable pressure and flow to the membrane unit
  • Membrane Housing/Skid Frame - Made of stainless steel or FRP, supporting multiple modules
  • Pre-filtration System - Cartridge or bag filter to protect the membrane from large particles
  • CIP Cleaning System - Chemical cleaning unit for automatic regeneration of membranes
  • Control Cabinet - PLC + touchscreen for automated operation, monitoring, and alarms
  • Valves and Piping System - Stainless steel or UPVC with corrosion resistance
  • Flow, Pressure, and Temperature Sensors - For process control and safety protection
  • Permeate and Concentrate Collection System - Separates clean water from retained concentrate

  • 8m – 60m Center Drive Sludge Scraper Vertical Shaft Clarifier Scraper

8m – 60m Center Drive Sludge Scraper Vertical Shaft Clarifier Scraper Vertical Shaft Center-Drive Sludge Scraper Product Overview The Vertical Shaft Central Drive Sludge Scraper is designed for large circular clarifiers and thickeners, providing efficient sludge collection and discharge. A vertical rack structure supports the central drive unit, which transmits torque through a vertical shaft to the scraper arms. It ensures smooth operation, uniform torque distribution, and

  • Center Drive Sludge Scraper 0.2 – 2.0 M/Min Rotating Sludge Scraper

Center Drive Sludge Scraper 0.2 – 2.0 M/Min Rotating Sludge Scraper Product Overview The Central Drive Sludge Scraper is designed for circular sedimentation and thickening tanks to collect and discharge settled sludge from the tank bottom. Driven by a central gearbox, the scraper arms rotate slowly, pushing sludge toward the central hopper for discharge, while optional skimmers remove surface scum. It features simple structure, reliable operation, and easy maintenance, making

50 – 5000 M3/H Circular Sedimentation Tank Wastewater Treatment Final Settling Tank Product Overview The Sedimentation Tank is a crucial unit in water and wastewater treatment systems. It removes suspended solids from raw water through gravity settling, allowing heavier particles to accumulate at the bottom while clarified water flows out from the top. This process effectively reduces the load on downstream filtration and biological treatment units, ensuring stable and
