The Security Filter for Circulating Water Reuse is a precision filtration device designed to remove fine particles, suspended solids, and residual impurities from circulating or recycled water. It provides reliable protection for downstream systems such as ultrafiltration (UF) and reverse osmosis (RO), preventing membrane fouling and extending system lifespan. The unit is compact, durable, and easy to maintain, making it essential in advanced water reuse processes.
Under pressure, the feed water flows into the filter housing and passes through the filter cartridges. Impurities are trapped on the outer surface of the cartridges, while clean water is collected from the inner core and discharged through the outlet. When the differential pressure reaches the preset limit, cartridges should be replaced or cleaned to restore filtration efficiency.
