Automatic Micro-Differential Filter For Circulating Water Reuse
The Automatic Micro-Differential Filter for Circulating Water Reuse is specifically engineered for continuous, intelligent operation in industrial water recycling systems. It integrates filtration, differential pressure detection, and automatic cleaning, significantly improving water utilization efficiency and reducing maintenance costs.
Working Principle
Circulating water flows into the filter and passes through the filtration elements. Suspended solids are trapped on the filter surface. When the differential pressure sensor detects rising resistance, the system automatically initiates backwashing. The rotating nozzles spray high-pressure water to clean each element sequentially, discharging the collected impurities and restoring full filtration capacity without shutdown.
