The fully automatic SBR decanter is a precision effluent discharge device engineered for sequencing batch reactor wastewater treatment systems. It automatically removes clarified supernatant from the reactor tank while keeping the settled sludge bed completely undisturbed, delivering consistently high effluent quality with zero manual intervention. Working Principle
During the decant phase, the PLC activates the electric actuator, lowering the decanter arm smoothly into the tank until the weir reaches the preset water level. When the level drops to the set point, the arm lifts automatically and the reactor advances to the next treatment phase, ensuring a complete, repeatable cycle every time.
