- Chemical-Free Inactivation: UV light at 254 nm neutralises bacteria, viruses and protozoa without chlorine, ozone or other chemical reagents, eliminating disinfection by-products.
- High-Output Amalgam Lamps: Low-pressure, high-output amalgam lamps deliver a guaranteed UV dose of at least 30 mJ/cm² while consuming less energy and lasting up to 12,000 hours.
- Corrosion-Resistant SS316L Chamber: The reaction chamber and internal baffles are fabricated from SS316L, ensuring long service life even in saline or slightly acidic effluent.
- Automatic Quartz Cleaning: A motorised wiper system keeps quartz sleeves clear of fouling, maintaining UV transmittance and extending manual maintenance intervals.
- Intelligent Dose Control: An integral UV intensity sensor and PLC continually monitor lamp output and flow, alarming and adjusting to guarantee the required disinfection dose.
- Modular, Scalable Banks: Multiple reactor modules can be combined in parallel, allowing a single system family to cover 30-2,000 m³/h and future plant expansion.
