The Wire Rope Rake Screen is a large-channel automatic cleaning device driven by a winch and steel wire rope. It moves a rake bucket up and down to remove floating debris, suspended solids, and large wastes from channels.
With a robust structure and strong cleaning capacity, it is ideal for large-flow, deep-channel, and coarse screening conditions in pumping stations and water intake facilities.
The system consists of a winch, motor, wire rope, rake bucket, bar screen, and control cabinet.
During operation, the motor drives the winch to move the rake bucket along guide rails. The rake descends to capture debris underwater, then rises to discharge collected waste into a conveyor or bin at the top. The operation can be fully automatic, triggered by water level difference or time settings.
- Main Frame: Stainless steel or carbon steel structure with high tensile strength and corrosion resistance.
- Bar Screen: Customizable spacing for high interception efficiency.
- Rake Bucket: Captures and lifts debris effectively.
- Wire Rope & Winch System: Drives the rake's vertical movement with high reliability.
- Drive Unit: Motor with reducer, equipped with limit switch and overload protection.
- Control System: PLC-based automation, manual/auto modes, and remote monitoring.
- Ideal for large-flow, deep-channel, and coarse screening applications
- Strong debris removal capacity for large solids (branches, plastics, etc.)
- Simple and reliable wire rope transmission with even stress
- Automatic rake reversal and discharge for safe operation
- High automation, low noise, and low energy consumption
- Long service life and suitable for continuous operation
- Automatic level control system - Start/stop triggered by water level difference
- PLC control cabinet - With touchscreen, remote monitoring, and alarm
- Protective cover & sealing system - For enclosed or underground stations
- Automatic lubrication system - Extends wire rope and winch lifespan
- Deodorization system - Improves environmental conditions in underground plants
- Material options - SUS316L, duplex steel, explosion-proof or enhanced anti-corrosion design

Center Drive Sludge Scraper 0.2 – 2.0 M/Min Rotating Sludge Scraper
Center Drive Sludge Scraper 0.2 – 2.0 M/Min Rotating Sludge Scraper Product Overview The Central Drive Sludge Scraper is designed for circular sedimentation and thickening tanks to collect and discharge settled sludge from the tank bottom. Driven by a central gearbox, the scraper arms rotate slowly, pushing sludge toward the central hopper for discharge, while optional skimmers remove surface scum. It features simple structure, reliable operation, and easy maintenance, making

50 – 5000 M3/H Circular Sedimentation Tank Wastewater Treatment Final Settling Tank
50 – 5000 M3/H Circular Sedimentation Tank Wastewater Treatment Final Settling Tank Product Overview The Sedimentation Tank is a crucial unit in water and wastewater treatment systems. It removes suspended solids from raw water through gravity settling, allowing heavier particles to accumulate at the bottom while clarified water flows out from the top. This process effectively reduces the load on downstream filtration and biological treatment units, ensuring stable and
