Working Principle

The rotary mechanical decanter pivots around a central shaft mounted on the tank wall. During decanting, the gear motor rotates the shaft, swinging the arm downward until the weir engages the water surface at the programmed level. Effluent flows through the arm into the rotary joint and out through the fixed discharge line. When the level sensor confirms the target is reached, the motor reverses and returns the arm to its parked position above the surface.
